About Me
I am a born and raised Northern California Boy. I love exploring, rock climbing, paddle boarding, and, above everything, trying new food. When I travel (and I do love to travel), I love trying new restaurants wherever I go. My current bucket-list travel spot is Moraine Lake in Canada, and you’ll know when I get there because I’ll post about it again, and again, and again.
My main goal as your photographer is to provide you an upbeat, memorable, and fun experience, from the moment you book until the moment you receive your photos. I will move mountains to meet any challenge and complete any request you make. I strive to be adaptable and understanding, and I hope to make your photo experience the best it can possibly be.
Creativity is my life
Photography was not originally my first love. I actually only REALLY got into it back in 2017 while taking a photography class. Now, the reason I took that photography class was because the previous year, I had taken a drawing class and discovered that I could draw portraits of people very realistically, but I wanted to draw my friends instead of famous people, so I took photography to learn to take better portraits.
And it all cascaded from there:
Though I don’t draw much anymore, I do think I will pick it up again soon. That being said, I firmly believe my roots in drawing contributes to my love of black and white photography.
I entered into the SoCo Clicks Photo Competition in 2021 and 2022. I took first place portraiture in 2021 and first place Landscape in 2022. Each photo was featured in the Museum of Sonoma County for a few months, and I won a lovely bag.
